What a wild night, so awesome to be back shooting events in 2021! Can you tell I’m excited? I had an absolute ball!
I was probably a little extra excited for this event as I’ve photographed for the Ryan family before. Back in 2019 I photographed Jack’s 21st Birthday party at Bar Pacino so when I received the call from Mum Sandy that it was Emily’s turn, I was pumped! Cocktails at Blackbird anyone?!
It’s so awesome to be a trusted family photographer, capturing milestones for all the kids, catching up with everyone and just feeling like you’re a part of the gang. Brisbane can seem so small at times, when I bump into other clients at parties whose birthdays I have also photographed. Sometimes I need to stop and remind myself that I’m really blessed to be able to do what I love.
