Crystalbrook Vincent – Corporate Event

FILED IN: Corporate

Photographing a corporate event can be a challenging task, but with the right approach and preparation, it can also be a rewarding experience. Corporate events are often held to mark significant milestones or achievements for a company, and capturing the essence of the event through photography can help to preserve those memories for years to come.

Here are some tips for booking a corporate event photographer:

  1. Provide us with a schedule / runsheet: It’s important to know the schedule of the event beforehand so that we can plan your shots accordingly. Make sure we know when key moments, such as speeches or presentations, will be taking place.
  2. Understand the event’s purpose: Different events will have different goals and objectives, and it’s important to understand what the event is trying to achieve. This will help us to focus on capturing the most relevant and impactful images.
  3. Capture the details: We don’t just focus on the people attending the event. We are also sure to capture details like decorations, signage, and any other elements that help to tell the story of the event.
  4. Be discreet: While it’s important to get the shots we need, it’s also important to be respectful of the attendees and not disrupt the event. We also like to dress accordingly as to blend in. Please let us know if there is a dress code.
  5. Edit and deliver quickly: Corporate events often require quick turnaround times for photos, so we prepare to edit and deliver your images promptly. We have an option available to book 24 hour turnaround of your photos as a small additional charge.

Photographing a corporate event requires planning, preparation, and attention to detail. With the right approach, we can capture the essence of the event and help to preserve its memories for years to come.
